This yarn ball winder I found on Amazon!

I have so many saggy skeins that need to be rolled into a ball and so many balls of yarn that need to be rewound... I just want it all to look somewhat neat!

Knitting needles!! I'm not a pro knitter, so I'm not sure which set would be best for a beginner (circular or straight). I heard bamboo is best for beginners... Any pros out there with recommendations? :) I really want to learn!

I first saw it on my buddy Allison's blog (isn't she a babe?) and my jaw literally dropped open... and then I said (out loud... to myself), "WANT!" 

Hopefully I will become a proud owner of one or more of these things in the (near) future! *crossing fingers*

Do you keep lists of things you see online that you just HAVE to have?

This weekend, my best friend Eva is taking me with her to one of her meetings with her trainer... She has been competing in body building shows lately and has been doing really well! Like top 5 and first place well! I'm so proud of her determination and her success :) She is so positive and so inspiring and it makes me happy to have that kind of energy around me.
I'm excited to go behind the scenes a bit and see her in her element :) Maybe I can sneak a few pics to share with you guys!


I'll be sure to sneak in some reading and crochet as well, of course, to share with you all on Monday.

Did you start any of the tutorials in my Crochet 101 series? How is it going so far? Good I hope :) I hope you are as excited about learning crochet as I am to show you!



I don't know about you, but...

FACT: I love handbags! (Really, what girl doesn't?!)

The most bags I've had at one time was I think 8. Maybe not a lot to some, maybe way too many, but it was the perfect amount of selection to me.

I haven't actually used a purse in almost 5 years. Basically since I had my son. Everything I needed was in his diaper bag, and now in a mini backpack.

I have been computer screen shopping (online version of window shopping) a lot lately and the one of the items I have been searching for most is handbags.

Perfect bag for yarny projects on the go! And not only is it a perfect print (alpaca!!!), the price is so affordable! I mean, come on! $12?! And the shipping is cheap.

I love the colors and patterns on both of these! Makes me miss working at Pacsun for my discount haha

And last, but definitely not least, this purse from Aldoshoes.com

There are so many things I love about this bag! The shape/style, the color, the doily/lace pattern on the outside, and the inside is so spacious! I would literally DIE if I had this purse!!!

Crossing my fingers that I will own one of these purses soon/someday!!
